The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor near the city center (9-minute walk to the pedestrian zone). The apartment has a large box spring bed in the bedroom. In the living and dining area, two more adults can sleep on the sofa bed there. The highlight of the apartment is a small private terrace with seating at the entrance area. One dog is allowed upon request and approval. There is a charge of €15 per night due to increased cleaning. The space Approximately 50 square meters in size. Across the street is the river Iller, which invites you to take beautiful walks. You can also enjoy the fresh air in Engelhaldepark, which is only a 10-minute walk from the property. There is a small kiosk and great playgrounds by the pond. Other things to note !!! Failure to comply with the smoking ban will result in a penalty of 300 euros, which must be paid in cash.
