Charming 3-room apartment farm

Dear Guest! Here you can book a beautiful, family-friendly 3-room apartment on the farm! The newly renovated apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, a small but well-equipped kitchen and a living and dining room. We are very family-friendly, i.e. we have max. 2 travel cots for children up to 2 years and a high chair are available. On the farm we have pigs, sheep, chickens, ducks, geese and of course dogs and cats. The space Large bedroom: 2 x 2 m bed, private shower bathroom, closet and workplace Small bedroom: 1.60 x 2 m bed, private shower bathroom, closet Living-dining room: sofa bed for 1 person, dining area for up to 6 people (table foldable) large TV with Wii, Playstation and Chromecast Kitchen: dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso maker, spices, vinegar and oil, French press, fridge, oven and ceramic hob, kettle Family: high chair, toys, travel bed and of course a beautiful large garden with 4.5 m trampoline and many animals! Guest access I like to point out a few things in advance, because the description is often only skimmed! : - We have a big dog! She is very sweet and child-friendly, but is always outside - We are a farm! This means that our animals also leave a poop gift in the garden every now and then! There are also spiders here - In the middle of nowhere. Dear guests, there is not much around us. To visit attractions, a car is recommended! Please keep in mind that we are not surrounded by Berlin city center! In addition, we are located on a country road, so you can sometimes hear traffic in the garden. In the house, we have soundproof windows! - Our garden is wild and natural! - We live here! This means that we are also happy to have free time. What is a vacation for you is everyday life for us. The farm and the surroundings are a lot of work and I also like to take time for you, just not 24/7 - Toys: The toys in the garden actually belong to our children. You are welcome to share them, but we urge you to use them respectfully and please put everything back afterwards. Also, please do not leave stones, branches, etc. lying around in the garden. If there is a point here that bothers you, then I ask you to cancel. Otherwise, I am delighted about your arrival and will gladly make your vacation a wonderful one! Other things to note Dear guests, Not enough space? No problem! We still have the possibility to book two double rooms with their own bathroom right next to the apartment. Just talk to me. The rooms are located outside, but right next to the apartment.
