Little House on Parker

Conveniently located on the main street in beautiful Dunkeld, you are walking distance to all the towns amenities including the 2 hatted Royal Mail Hotel. This cute little 3 bedroom house will suit families and groups alike. A scenic town, Dunkeld is at the base of the Grampians National Park. With lots of walking trails and the recently opened Grampians Peaks Trail. The space Little House in Parker is a humble weatherboard home. 3 bedrooms are available consisting of a queen bed, two single beds and a king (or two singles upon prior arrangement). All beds have linen supplied and have mattress toppers for extra comfort. The small living room has a door to separate from the other areas and contains a tv and in-built fireplace. The bathroom consists of a shower in a bath with shower curtain. A separate toilet is located at the other end of the house, toilet paper is provided. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a dining table. Host always welcomes feedback on how we can improve your stay. Guest access Access is self check-in via private entrance using key box. Other things to note Accommodation is pet friendly, but note the property is not fully fenced. King bed can be split into two singles, by prior arrangement. Heating/ cooling is via a split system air conditioner unit and a inbuilt wood heater. Firewood is not provided, but can be organised at additional cost. Kitchen wood stove is not in working order.
