If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - This home can accommodate 10 people but a maximum of 8 adults. - Please note, all persons (including infants, children and visitors) at the home are counted towards the total occupancy of the home. Guests cannot exceed the permitted occupancy at any time. - This home does not have AC. - No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. - Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line. - Outdoor activities are prohibited from 10pm - 7am - No cats are allowed at this home, the owner is highly allergic. - Guests are responsible for disposing trash at local dumpsite in accordance with City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if left on property - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - AvantStay plows and clears the driveway and one pathway to the front door. We provide shovels for guests to use should they wish to clear paths on any other part of the property. Parking Details: 3 cars can park on the driveway.
