Roseroom – between the sea and the garden, in the heart of the village

Cozy and bright bedroom in a friendly co-living house, perfect for relaxation. A private bathroom and separate toilet provide all the comfort and privacy you need for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped shared kitchen is accessible at all times, as are the garden and its relaxation area. Parking is right next to the house, very easy to access, and free. The beach is a 15-minute walk away; a footpath leads you directly there. Shops and restaurants 1 minute away ☀️ The space The bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and storage spaces. In your room, a shower and toilet. -Nice quiet and pleasant room for a stay in the center of the village, close to all amenities and the beach (15 min walk). - From the bedroom you have access to the living room and the glass roof and the garden. Available in the common areas: shared kitchen with: fridge, microwave, coffee machine, tea and cupcakes. Board games. Landscaped garden, ping pong, yoga mats are freely accessible 🙂 Guest access From your room, you have direct access to the conservatory, the living room, and the garden. The kitchen is shared and accessible at all times, with a refrigerator, coffee machine, and microwave. Tables in the conservatory and the garden make it easy to dine on site. The garden, which opens onto the conservatory, provides a relaxing space. A portable hot tub is also available: please make a request 24 hours in advance during the off-season. From mid-June to the end of August, it is kept in cool mode. During your stay We live on the ground floor and are regularly present. Every space is designed to ensure complete privacy. You will have a private room as well as unrestricted access to the common areas throughout your stay. Our 2 cats share the outdoor areas, bringing a touch of warmth and life to the home. Other things to note The house also welcomes our 3 cats, who are occasionally present in the common areas; therefore, it is preferable not to be allergic. 🙂 The rooms are not air-conditioned, but are equipped with fans for optimal comfort in the summer. Parking is easy and completely free in the immediate vicinity of the house. Motorcycles and bicycles can be parked safely in the garden driveway.
