High chair, Pack & Play Crib, crib mattress & cover are provided The space The newly custom-built private guest house is completely separated from the main house on an over 0.55-acre lot. It has a different entrance and overlooks the private saltwater pool and the wild canyon that leads to the world-famous San Diego Zoo. It not only offers the comfort and convenience to all that Hillcrest/San Diego has to offer but also offers you complete privacy and also provides private free parking. We did executive rentals for the non-summer months when it was built and only did short vacation rentals during the summer months. Our Airbnb guests all loved their stays, so we now offer all-year vacation rentals for our Airbnb guests. We have a portable crib/Pack& Play (with mattress and mattress cover) for babies and toddlers. We don't charge any rent for children under 3 years old, but only a $95 fee per stay. Crib/Pack & Play and highchair is available for young children. Sleeping Arrangements: 1 queen bed in the bedroom. 1 leather queen sleeper sofa in the living room. 1 Pack & Play Crib. We installed a new pebble tech finish on our pool in December 2024! Please know that we do not heat the pool since it's a big outdoor pool, overlooking the wild canyon that leads to the San Diego Zoo. No hot tub. The water temperature is very comfortable for swimming in the summer months and early fall, but not in the early spring or winter. The pool is for guests only during their stay.
