In the heart of the old town

The lovingly furnished accommodation in a quiet side street in the heart of the old town invites YOU to relax and explore. A fully equipped kitchen awaits you, including A coffee maker with pads, a spacious living room with 55-inch flat-screen TV with home theater system, Netflix & satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, bathroom with toilet and shower and 3 bedrooms. In the immediate vicinity are restaurants, cafes, bakeries, shopping, hairdressers, shops, supermarkets and much more. The space The heart of the house is the spacious living room with a comfortable corner sofa for home theater experiences. At the dining table for 5 people you can spend your favorite food or game evenings with your loved ones. There are several board games, puzzles and books available. Wi-Fi, Netflix, Disney+ and satellite TV are included free of charge. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils needed to conjure up one last meal. A coffee pad machine, kettle, toaster, food processor and fridge-freezer combination complete the possibilities. The bedrooms: 1. has a 180 x 200 cm double bed with a continuous mattress, desk with chair, mirror and a clothes rack with clothes hanger. There is a roller shutter and light-tight curtains for darkening. The heating and ceiling fan always ensure the right feel-good temperature. A baby crib can be provided. 2. is equipped with a bunk bed and clothes rack with clothes hanger. There is a blind that darkens the room a bit. 3. is located in the attic and is particularly cozy, albeit somewhat limited by the sloping roof. It has a single bed 90 × 200 cm as well as a clothes rack with clothes hangers. There is a blind for darkening. The modern bathroom has a toilet and a shower with cabin. Hairdryer, hand soap, shower gel with 2-in-1 shampoo, shower and hand towels are available. In the hallway there is a wardrobe, shoe rack and mirror. On the first floor there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board for shared use and for a small fee. Guest access You will receive a code for the key box at the entrance 24 hours before check-in. You only have to share the entrance area and the laundry room with us. The rest of the house is all yours. Specifically, this means: Floors 1-3 are all yours and you can feel completely undisturbed. Other things to note Our house is a non-smoking house. However, we will gladly provide you with an ashtray and you can smoke in front of the house. In exceptional cases, it is possible to accommodate 2 more guests (sofa bed in the living room). Please contact us. House rules, instructions and recommendations can be found on site. Since the house is right in the city center, parking right in front of the house is unfortunately not possible. You can stop briefly to unload luggage, groceries, etc. Parking is available on Turmstraße, Grabenstraße and Franckstraße. There are 2 parking garages, 5 and 10 minutes' walk away. All buses depart from Grabenstraße.
