Downtown Abbey - One of kind apt. with lake view.

One of kind stay! Perfect for two couples or a large group. Two bedrooms have queen beds and a back bunk room has 3 twin size and 1 full size bed. Big kitchen/living room area. There is a unique 4 seasons room with hammocks in the center of the apartment that is smoker friendly. Right downtown and above a friendly pub. Please be respectful and truthful on number of guests. The space The space is comfortable and can accommodate most size groups. It has a lake view and a big kitchen and living room area. The master bedroom with queen bed overlooks the lake and has a private bathroom. The second bedroom with queen bed is farther back in the apartment and is right across the hallway from a bathroom. The bunk room is the furthest back and has a twin bunkbed as well as a twin/full bunkbed. It is above a bar and on Main Street downtown. This means you have to climb stairs and you can hear traffic or bar music sometimes. The back bedrooms are quieter. It is a unique place that is a one of a kind stay!! Guest access We are located right downtown within walking distance of most bars and shops. There is a parking lot one block south/west of the apartment that you can park free overnight on weekends. I have one 24 hour parking pass for the lot directly behind the building. There is free street parking 3 blocks to the south/east. It has winter rules as followed: Nov. 1 to April 1, between 2 a.m. and 7 a.m., drivers must park on the odd-numbered side of the street on odd-numbered calendar days, and on the even-numbered side of the street on even-numbered days The meters are strictly enforced Mon - Fri 8am-4pm. Tickets are $15 Parking tickets for parking overnight in a metered spot or in a permit lot are $15. They do not tow! Other things to note This space is above a bar and located on Main Street next to an intersection. You can sometimes here noise from traffic or music from the bar. It is only accessible from a staircase off the sidewalk (23 steps)
