Home was built in 1872, and retains its' original New Orleans charm while providing every modern convenience. You will stay on your own private third floor, fully enclosed private suite. It has a full kitchen, bath, living room and bedroom, centrally and conveniently located in the heart of my city. Perfect for families, long term stays, or those who want to experience what it is like to truly live in NOLA. You won't find anything this close to the heartbeat of the city,Food, Music, or Culture. The space I'm walking distance to the CBD, Warehouse District, St Charles Street Cars and the French Quarter. The suite sleeps 2 in a queen bed plus another room with sofas and blow up mattresses. I have wifi hook up so you can just jam to your favorite music. I'm in the middle of the city. Walk almost anywhere you want to go and smell the live oaks and vibe of the city. 1 block off of every parade route for Mardi Gras and a stones throw away from Jazzfest. Coffee shops, Magazine St. shopping, Festivals galore and the Superdome is less than a mile away and yes you can walk there all day long. A private third floor that overlooks the city landscape and let's you enjoy your time her in my fabulous city. During your stay Guests are given directions/info on how to let themselves in as well as make themselves feel at home. I have many recommendations as to where to go based on your interests. Restaurants, live music, or just eating some local seafood while listening to more music. I got ya! No worries coolest place in town to hang and enjoy a good time or just chill. All good. I've lived in this house for over three years and never opened my house up for rent. I'm giving it a shot and have enjoyed it this thus far.
