The Do’s Do treat the space with care and respect, as if it were your own. Outdoor BBQ is allowed and BUTLER/s are also available upon request with a fee but it can be arranged directly with them. Tables can be set up in the garden for family bonding or even chitchat. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you can also cook. Do be mindful of neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum. Noise Levels Respect quiet hours, especially during late evenings and early mornings, to avoid disturbing neighbors or guests. As per community ordinance, NO loud music after 9 PM. Do take out the trash before checkout. Do report any damages immediately. The Don’ts Don’t smoke inside the property. Smoking is usually prohibited inside the property but you can smoke in the Garden. NO ID, NO Entry Policy: As part of our efforts to ensure the safety and security of all our guests, I would like to remind you of our policy regarding visitors. Please be aware that we do not accommodate last-minute requests for visitor passes (for staying guests) If you have relatives or friends who wish to meet you at your accommodation, you are certainly allowed to host them. However, we kindly ask that you provide us with a lead time of min 3 hours to process their visitor passes. This policy helps us manage our security protocols effectively and ensures a pleasant and safe environment for all our guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Don’t bring pets unless approved in advance I would like to remind everyone of our house no pets allowed policy. While we understand and appreciate the joy that furry companions bring, it’s essential to respect the needs and comfort of all future guests including those who may have allergies or sensitivities to pets. No Cooking of Dried Fish Inside the House: To maintain a pleasant indoor environment for all guests, cooking of dried fish is prohibited inside the house. However, a small stove will be provided for outdoor use, allowing guests to satisfy their cravings for dried fish while enjoying the outdoor space.
