It consists of identifiable spaces such as the sleeping area, living room, kitchen, and a closed bathroom. Its character lies in its peculiarity that makes it unique. It is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful, fully renovated 19th century bourgeois house. It is located opposite the ALLEVARD casino (2 min walk), 250 m from the supermarket, 2 km from the small swimming lake of MIRANDE, 700 m from the FLUMET lake and 300 m from the SKIBUS shuttle stop. Private parking is offered with the rental. HOUSE LINEN: provided IDEAL for your SPORTS STAYS, VACATIONS, THERMAL TREATMENTS... SKIING and WINTER SPORTS: 18 minutes from the COLLET d'ALLEVARD ski area (one of the largest night skiing areas), 20 minutes from the 7LAUX area (PLEYNET side) and 10 minutes from the BARIOZ Nordic ski resort. SUMMER: MIRANDE swimming lake 5 minutes by car and many hikes and walks. Many lakes and rivers to discover... close to GRENOBLE or CHAMBERY to discover our alpine capitals. WINTER SCHOOL HOLIDAYS: minimum 1 week from Saturday to Saturday (-20%) SUMMER VACATION: minimum 1 week from Saturday to Saturday (-20%) 2 weeks (-25%) 3 weeks (-30%) Guest access ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE The Keys Access is autonomous with codes and key boxes (codes provided the day before arrival) The keys will be returned to their box when you check out Check-in and Check-out Times Check-in from 4:00 p.m. and check-out until 11:00 a.m. (flexibility possible off-season) INVENTORY an inventory is carried out between each tenant by the cleaning service provider. CLEANING For your convenience, you will not be charged a cleaning fee. However, at the end of the stay you will be asked to empty the garbage cans, wash and store the dishes and collect the linen used in the bathroom.
