Access 24/7 Other things to note TV Our property is designed with your comfort and safety in mind. Please note that both of our TVs are Smart TVs, but we do not provide a cable subscription. However, you are welcome to connect to any of your streaming TV accounts such as Netflix, Ruku, or Amazon Video. Pets and Smoking HOA has a strict no-pets policy in place and smoking is prohibited outdoors during the summer months to prevent wildfires. The property is a non-smoking property. A $250 cleaning fee will apply. Noise Please be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (9 pm- 8 am). If neighbours call the STR hotline to raise a claim on the property, guests will be automatically fined a flat fee of $250. Standard claims are related to trash, noise, parties, and too many people on-site. Maximum Occupancy As per the regulations of Washoe County, our property has a maximum occupancy of 6 people at any given time, and we do not make any exceptions to this rule. We kindly request that our guests refrain from hosting parties on the premises. Beach Access and Equipments Though the town does not grant us enough beach passes to serve every guest, we do our best to accommodate each family. As per ordinance 7, occupant has to pay for their own entrance. It is First-come first-serve service. Please confirm with us availability and price before booking. We want you to have a comfortable stay at our property, and to that end, we provide beach mats, towels, a beach wagon, and an umbrella for your convenience. You can enjoy them on the public beaches along the lake. Sand Harbor is close by and the most beautiful beach on the lake. King’s Beach on the CA side of the lake is just a short drive away.
