JACUZZI ACCESS AVAILABLE AT AN ADDITIONAL COST The space This unique house is located on a large lot with free and secure parking for up to 12 cars. Access to the parking area is via a closed gate, and key boxes are available nearby for self check-in. The property is composed as follows: - Ground floor (up to 13 people + 2 babies): - 4 bedrooms: 4 double beds, 2 pack-and-play cribs (linens provided), and 1 bunk bed (1 double bed and 1 single bed) - Large living room with an 81.5-inch TV, board games, 3 modular tables (for 20 people) and a corner sofa (sofa bed for 2 people/Sheets not provided for sofa beds) - Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher (tabs provided), oven, induction cooktop, pots, cutlery, two raclette sets, a bean-to-cup coffee machine and a Senseo machine with quality coffee available. - 2 showers with towels provided and 1 toilet - Terrace with garden furniture and 2 charcoal BBQs (bring your own charcoal) - Laundry room with washing machine (laundry detergent provided) If you are more than 4 people, you will also have access to the upstairs: - 2 bedrooms: 2 double beds and 2 single beds - Living room with corner sofa (sofa bed for 2 people/linens not provided for sofa beds) and TV - Fully equipped kitchen - Shower/toilet - Balcony with garden furniture The property is equipped with fiber-optic Wi-Fi, a water softener, and air conditioning. The garden is enclosed, not overlooked, and pets are allowed with a surcharge.
