This old house has been completely renovated (while keeping the original tiles), and the large garden of 3000m² is on the edge of the forest (many beeches and fir trees on the grounds). It is 400 m from the lake which is easily accessible on foot. The house features 3 floors: - the garage is accessible to you: you have a ping pong table, sunbeds, Weber charcoal grill with ignition fireplace, outdoor games and some beach games. - the main level is composed of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (towels provided for 8 people) and toilet accessible from the bathroom and 2 large bedrooms. The 1st has a bed 160*200cm, the 2nd has a 140*190cm bed and 90*190cm bunk beds (+ one drawer bed 90*190cm) - the upper level is accessible by the outside staircase, you will find a kitchenette, a bathroom, a toilet, and a large bedroom with a bed 160*200cm and a clic-clac. Sheets and duvets are provided for the 3 double beds and 2 single beds. You will have at your disposal outside a large table, a zipline and a small Ninja / slackline course (equipment to be used under your responsibility) and swings under the large tree. Reachable by phone during your stay, and the person managing the house lives nearby. Guest access The entire accommodation, including the ground floor with access by a small staircase, 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, toilet and bathroom. On the first floor, an independent studio but rented with the previous accommodation, including a kitchenette, dining room, bedroom and bathroom and separate toilet. The entire house is available except the cellar which is closed.
