Through the anteroom with a wardrobe you enter the living/dining room with a large balcony facing south with views of the Alps. The separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove and microwave. The bathroom with tub was renovated in 2021. The bedroom has a double bed with a width of 1.60 m. In the third room there is a bunk bed, and in the living room there are two more closet beds. Downstairs in the house you will find a sauna with a relaxation room and a gym as well as the cozy fireplace room, which can be used by all residents. Here is also the billiard room with table tennis, the children's playroom and access to the garden with playground equipment and barbecue area. You can park right in front of the house. In just a few minutes you can walk to the town center with tourist information, inns, pizzeria, cafés, bakeries, butcher shop, savings bank and gas station as well as an EDEKA market 1.2 km from the house. In the middle of Sankt Englmar is the XPERIUM. The natural spa park with playground and a natural swimming lake invites you to linger. Other attractions such as the forest treetop trail and the summer toboggan run are only 3 km away. The nearest ski lift is 0.3 km from the house, the ski lift at the Predigtstuhl about 1.5 km.
