On about 70 square meters it offers all amenities for 2 to 6 people even for a longer stay. The anteroom with wardrobe leads to the living/dining room with large south-facing balcony with views of the Alps. The separate kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, hob and microwave. The bathroom with tub was renewed in 2021. The bedroom has a double bed with 1.60 m wide. In the third room there is a bunk bed, and in the living room there are two more closet beds. Downstairs in the house you will find a sauna with relaxation room and a gym as well as the cozy fireplace room, which can be used by all residents. Here is also the billiard room with table tennis, the children's playroom and access to the garden with play equipment and barbecue area. You can park right in front of the house. In just a few minutes you can walk to the center of the village with tourist information, inns, pizzeria, cafes, bakeries, butcher, savings bank and gas station as well as an Edeka market 1.2 km from the house. The property is located in the middle of Sankt Englmar. The natural spa park with a playground and a natural swimming lake invites you to linger. Other attractions such as the Waldwipfelpfad and the summer toboggan run are only 3 km away. The nearest ski lift is 0.3 km from the house, the ski lift at the Predigtstuhl is about 1.5 km away. More ski lifts and many trails are close by. Ski rental e.g. at the Predigtstuhl-Resort. Upstairs there is also a riding stable and a climbing forest. A doctor's office is only a few hundred meters away at the next intersection. At the top of the slope, the hiking trails to the Pröller start across the street. The road leads to Viechtach, a charming small town with many shops, pharmacies, banks, cafes and restaurants.
