The Jeanne chalet, classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, with stunning views of the Grandes Rousses, welcomes you for your vacation. With a garden and a secure place for your bikes, skis, etc., it is located in the heart of the village near the church. Accommodation for up to 9 people, 10 on request, 3 bedrooms. The chalet is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Parking is possible in the property grounds for good drivers or nearby according to your wishes. The space Built in the 19th century near the church in the center of the old village, this chalet has always been a family home. You will enjoy its authentic comfort, which does not lack charm thanks to the complete renovation of the chalet carried out between 2023 and December 2025. The accommodation is organized on 2 floors: On the ground floor of the house, you will enjoy: - the kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster with its dining area for 10 people - open to the kitchen, the seating area with TV and fireplace gives direct access to the south facing garden terrace with breathtaking views of the Oisans mountains that you won't get tired from morning to night. - bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine - Separate toilet also refurbished - 1 fully renovated bedroom with 2 80x200 beds that can be joined as a 160x200 double bed with memory mattress topper for your comfort. Upstairs you will find, -a very large bedroom with 1 bunk bed comprising 1 bed 140*200 and 1 bed 90x200 , and 1 bunk bed with 2 beds in 90 x 200, as well as1 drawer bed 90x200 - a sink area for this room - one bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed - a bathroom with bathtub and completely new toilet attached to this last bedroom - children's play area NB: The main room composed of the entrance, the kitchen, living room, dining room is 30 m2. We draw the attention of the groups to this configuration as long as the number exceeds 6-7 people. In any case, everything was organized to accommodate up to 10 people in this room in good conditions. All the bedding is new, 4-star hotel quality. Possibility of cribs upon request. Plenty of storage has been installed in the chalet, including for the business of skiers (helmets, gloves, etc...) and cyclists! The plus points of the listing: - High speed wifi - Linens and towels kit included - Cleaning kit, tea towels and bath mats made available for the stay - end of stay cleaning included - 5 min from the Eau d 'Olle gondola to access the ski area - Secure garage to drop off your sports equipment (skis, bikes or other). - a water point to wash your bikes if needed. Possible services upon prior request: - 1 pet allowed only in summer: 12 euros/night Guest access On our property is the garage where you can store your bikes or other sports equipment, with tools at your disposal for any repairs. Parking of your vehicles can be done within the limit of 2 vehicles on the grounds of the chalet. Access is however reserved for good drivers. There is free parking otherwise near the church (200 meters). Other things to note Allemond has a "Eau d'Olle Express" cable car connecting the Alpe d'Huez area via Oz en Oisans in just 8 minutes. These gondola lifts are a 3-minute drive from the chalet or accessible from the free shuttle located at the foot of the church (100 meters from the chalet) that runs during the winter season. A free shuttle bus also runs in summer connecting Allemond to Vaujany or Venosc (Les 2 Alpes area). You will benefit from the proximity of many hiking and mountain biking trails as well as the nautical base of Lake Verney, as well as summer night markets (Allemond and Oz). Many cycling routes are possible from Allemond and will allow you to discover some of the most famous and attractive mountain passes in France, including the famous 21 S of Alpe d'Huez. The Tourist Office in the municipality of Allemond will be able to provide you with all the useful information and communicate the local entertainment program, to make your stay in Oisans unforgettable.
