The space Welcome to our beautiful mountain cottage with a large terrace with 360-degree views of the surrounding mountains. Inside, you will find a large comfortable living room with a sofa and TV, as well as a small desk. The hatch leads to the ground floor where you will find a game room filled with traditional games and a small bedroom ideal for an afternoon nap. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a coffee machine, raclette, fondue set and waffle maker. The dining room has a large table to enjoy your meals with family or friends. The two mezzanines offer a relaxing and warm character with two double beds and a single bed, while a bedroom with two single beds is ideal for children. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, sink and toilet, with towels at your disposal. The all-wood high mountain atmosphere guarantees you an authentic experience. The chalet also has a beautiful 1000 m2 garden with a well-maintained lawn and a flat area to eat in the shade of the birch trees, in the cool of the surrounding forest. You can also enjoy the plants and shrubs that are on the grounds and harvest currants and raspberries to enhance your breakfasts and desserts. You will also find a cabin slightly perched in the trees with a small secure terrace. A dream place for kids The garden is the perfect place to relax after a day of activities or just to enjoy nature and tranquility. Activities: Sanctuary of Notre-Dame de La Salette: only 15 minutes away by car, this beautiful and timeless place is perfect for meditation and prayer. Corps, located about a 10-minute drive from the chalet, is a charming little mountain town offering various activities. Visitors can stroll through the picturesque streets, visit the city's baroque church and discover local history. The city is known for hosting Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte, making it a must-see for history buffs. In addition, the city organizes a classical music festival every year in August. Corps is also home to restaurants, cafés and shops for everyday needs. Only a 5-minute walk from the chalet is a goat farm where you can visit the farm and watch the goats being milked. You can also buy small fresh and tasty goat cheeses to taste on our large wooden table. Hiking: the chalet is surrounded by many hikes, with trails suitable for all levels. The Ecrins National Park is also close and offers beautiful scenery. Ski resorts: In summer, the ski resorts of SuperDévoluy and Orcieres Merlettes offer many activities, such as downhill mountain biking, hiking, paragliding, golf, etc. Lac du Sautet nautical base: just a 20-minute drive away, this nautical base offers many activities for the whole family, such as canoeing, paddleboarding, pedal boating, etc. Relaxation and calm: the chalet is located in a small quiet hamlet, perfect for resting, practicing yoga, meditation and enjoying nature.
