The Zanzibar Beach House-2 Villa are two nearly identical mini-villas that are situated next to each other and share the same private court yard. Each of the two mini villas was designed to provide up to two guests with their own private beach house for a total capacity of four guests on the property. Each of the two private air conditioned mini-villas has one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living/dining room area, which means that there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two kitchens, and two living room/dining room areas between the two twin villas in total. Note: There is also a third mini-Villa on the property that can also be rented separately if available at the time. We try to decorate the interior of the mini-villas with authentic custom-made items from local Zanzibari artisans, so many of the interior designs are hand-made and some specifically for the Zanzibar Beach House from the paintings that are on the walls, the flower pots and large floor vases, and the black-out curtains that cover all of the windows throughout each mini-villa to the hand-carved wooden bed-frame, and even each of the sofas in the living rooms. Each mini of the two mini-villas also has a beach-front deck/balcony that overlooks the beach, the courtyard, and the ocean. There are also comfortable wicker chairs, table, and sun umbrella on the deck for you to sit and enjoy the ocean view. The two beach houses surround a private white sand courtyard complete with coconut trees, small ground deck with sun bathing chairs, and beach sunbrella. The entire beach-front court yard is private to our guests only, and kept well-lit with lights in the evenings so you can either stay and enjoy the sea breeze at night or the sounds of the ocean waves as the tide comes in under the stars at night. Bedrooms: Each mini-villa has one bedroom with a beautiful brown wooden framed bed that was hand-made by local Zanzibari woodwork artisans and a wardrobe for all of your clothes and belongings, storage space. The windows give glimpses of the ocean and views of the courtyard and surrounding coconut tree-filled landscape. Kitchens: The open kitchen area has a glass-top stove, kitchen sink, microwave oven, coffee maker, small refrigerator, ample cabinet space for food storage, and enough dishes and kitchen utensils to cook and prepare your own meals. The kitchen window has a view of the surrounding coconut tree-filled landscape and glimpses of the Indian ocean. Bathrooms: The bathroom has shower with wall-mounted and hand-held shower head, glass shower stall partition, bathroom sink with ample storage drawer space in cabinet drawer below, large mirror, and large bathroom medicine cabinet. There is also a hair dryer available in the cabinet. Although the bathroom window glass has been frosted for privacy, it can be opened to allow the breeze from the surrounding coconut tree-filled landscape in. Living/dining areas: The living/dining area has a comfortable sofa, large screen television that is equipped with Netflix and other streaming media apps, electric fireplace, high table with high chairs for eating or working on laptop, and spectacular view of the beach and Indian ocean through large sliding glass double patio doors. The walls of each beach house are adorned with authentic paintings from local Zanzibari artists, and the windows have views of the courtyard, the surrounding coconut tree-filled landscape and glimpses of the ocean just outside. The Zanzibar Beach House is easily accessible and centrally located in Bweju, 5 minutes from the popular tourist destination of Paje Beach, which means it is just far enough away from the tourist crowds to give you the peace and serenity that you came to the island for, but close enough to experience the excitement at your leisure. The Zanzibar Beach House is equipped with high speed fiber-optic wifi internet that is accessible in all areas of the property. There are video security cameras throughout the exterior of the property. Each beach house is equipped with a smart door lock which allows guests to access the beach house via E-key or door lock pass code that they will receive.
