Located in the Blue Ridge Mountain foothills, the resort offers 2,700 acres for guests to enjoy golf, tennis, and other outdoor activities. Water sports and hiking are available on site at beautiful Lake Lure and Bald Mountain Lake. In addition to the two 18-hole golf courses and four tennis courts, the resort offers a spa and fitness center, lazy river and both indoor and outdoor pools, and at mealtime, enjoy a cocktail at the Lounge before dining in the on-site restaurant. The space Townhomes do not have a lake view. 2 Bedroom A two bedroom unit features a king size bed in the master bedroom and two double beds in the guest room. The unit includes a full kitchen, a sleeper sofa, and two bathrooms. The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer, a fireplace, A/C and a jacuzzi. This room has a maximum occupancy of 8 and sleeps 6 privately. Other things to note You can rent a golf cart from the resort. The balconies are great for coffee in the morning and cards and wine in the evenings. There are a few restaurants on the resort grounds but the unit has a full kitchen so you can cook meals. Ingles is about a 15 minute drive so you can stock the fridge at the beginning of your stay. One thing, you will need to bring salt, pepper, ect. if you want it. There was so much to do without leaving the resort! Beach area, golf, exercising, pool with lazy river, mini gold, cornhole, tennis, basketball, water activities including kayaking and paddle boarding. The grills are about 50 feet from the unit and require charcoal.
