Villa Electra is a waterfront Villa, located at the end of the main harbour of Halki, with direct access to the sea through a private big terrace. The space The 120sm residence consists of a big spacious living room and dining area, 3 bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. The big, secluded sundeck has sunbeds, 2 umbrellas and a dining area and offers unlimited sea view. Boutique Villa-Electra has been recently and extensively renovated, according to the principles of sustainability, keeping and enhancing its traditional elements, with respect to the local island stone-built architecture and natural environment. Blue sea at your doorstep: The villa has direct access to the sea right from its own stone-paved sun deck. Relaxing on the sun deck: The sun deck is right at the water’s edge. It is secluded from the passers-by and has an unobstructed view of the sea, the passing ships and the harbor. ​Enjoy your first coffee of the day in the mellow light of the rising sun and a quiet time with a book on the sunbed in the afternoon. Together time in the living room: The living room is very bright and large, with sea view from its windows and two huge doors. ​It has a spacious dining area, a lounge area and 2 big sofa-beds. Open the doors and the sun deck is practically its extension. Restful sleep: Villa Electra can accommodate up to six people in its three separate bedrooms with ensuite facilities. Wake up with the sound of waves ! Note: Villa Electra can host mini-retreats, seminars, trainings, meditation, yoga events and art groups in spring, autumn and early winter season Guest access The villa is rented altogether and guests have acceess to each room and facility, for their convinience. Other things to note Taking into consideration the special location and layout of the Villa and the fact that it is not childproofed, we cannot accommodate children under 10 years old, for safety reasons. Even children over 10 should be under adult supervision at all times when on the outside terrace and in the sea.
