Cozy apartment with garden in old school.

In the old school of Wytgaard, d' âld skoalle in the Frisian, we have made a cozy and fully equipped apartment. The apartment has a private entrance with a parking space on private property. Especially for guests, there is a garden where you can have breakfast in the morning. In the garden, there is an old pear tree that provides shade during hot days. The garden is completely private. The space The apartment has a living room, smart TV, WiFi, two armchairs, a table and chairs to eat or working. You can sleep well on a luxurious double box spring (160x210) with a top mattress. The room has a private bathroom with rain shower, sink and toilet. The kitchenette has an oven and microwave, kettle, a fridge with freezer compartment, regular coffee maker and a Senseo coffee machine (coffee and Senseo cups free). A large built-in closet offers plenty of space to store your suitcase, for example. In the closet, there are extra pillows and bathrobes for guests. Wytgaard is in close proximity to the Zwette, a water connection between Leeuwarden and Sneek, known for the skating Elfstedentocht. The village is an excellent base for beautiful bike rides. Leeuwarden with its beautiful historic center is a stone's throw away. The picturesque water sports village of Grou is less than 10 km away. Sneek is about 17 km away. In and just outside the village, you will find bicycle junction signs of the Fryslân bicycle network. From here you can take beautiful bike rides through the middle of Friesland. Guest access The apartment on the first floor is easily accessible by a staircase and has its own private entrance. The apartment has a parking space on its own property. Breakfast is not included in the price, but we can serve it in consultation for a reasonable fee. About 50 meters from the apartment is a warm bakery/small supermarket where you can get fresh bread, dairy, meats and other groceries every day. You can store your bicycles in our shed. There is also a possibility to charge your electric bicycle. Public transportation: The bus to Leeuwarden (line 95) runs through our village. This bus stops here every hour. The bus stop is about 100 meters from the apartment. Other things to note Near Leeuwarden, 6 kilometers away from Wytgaard, is supermarket Lidl.
