Borgo 1 is located in the small historic center of the town, very close to the river park and the wonderful bicycle path running along the Piave river. It is just 1 km away from the Noventa di Piave-San Donà highway exit and from the famous shopping center Mc Arthur's Glen. Let yourself be carried away by the relaxing and welcoming atmosphere with vintage details. The space Modern and welcoming 70 sqm apartment, located on the first floor in a historic building. The entire building, built after the First World War, between the '30s and' 40s, has been completely renovated (the works were last in March 2022), and offers the solution for those who want to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature but even for those who are passing through for work and are looking for maximum comfort, being spoiled for choice with regards to catering. We are in fact in the Food District of Noventa di Piave, able to satisfy every palate and every need ... from short work breaks, to lunches or dinners where you can devote the right time! And if you are a lover of good wine ... you do not have to worry about using the car, because it will be enough to leave the premises and in two steps at home ... you will find yourself steps home! We warn our kind guests that Borgo1 is located above a public place (Caffè/aperitivi) that occasionally entertains guests with music and Karaoche. The apartment, with independent entrance, is located on the first floor. For the floors we have chosen the warmth of wood, the underfloor heating is autonomous, and the air is present in the main rooms (bedrooms and living / dining room). It has a comfortable entrance, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two beds, a fully equipped kitchenette and a comfortable lounge with dining area. A spacious and sunny terrace overlooking the village is available to our guests. The apartment has been fully furnished. In a modern style with some small vintage details to recall the atmosphere of past years ... Both bedrooms have large wardrobes, the living room has a comfortable corner sofa, and an extendable round table. The kitchen has all the comforts: large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave oven, induction hob, everything you need for cooking as well as plates, glasses, cutlery etc. In the living room you will find a smart LED TV, and a comfortable wardrobe / container cabinet (to have in order) Towels and bed linen are included. For the delicacy of the furnishings, we prefer to have adult guests, or in any case children from 12 years of age. All the comfort of your home! Guest access In a little more that half an hour you can reach Venice, Treviso, Padua and the coast with the most beautiful beaches in the North Adriatic such as Jesolo, Caorle and Bibione. With about an hour of travel you will have the opportunity to enjoy the views and typical products of the Prosecco hills - Unesco heritage -. Thanks to the highway, in just under 2 hours you can find yourself immersed in the breathtaking landscapes of the Dolomites.
