The space The apartment is located in the Sluneční jezera area, just a 2-minute walk from the public beach. The apartment has its own private entrance and also direct access to the garden. After entering the apartment, you will find yourself in the entrance hall, from where the stairs lead to the first floor. On the ground floor there is a laundry room and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. The living area of the apartment includes a large spacious kitchen with an island, a dining table and a living room with a fireplace. There is also a storage pantry. From this living area there is an entrance to the terrace with another large dining table with chairs and a garden full of greenery and trees. There is a barbecue and fireplace with seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with built-in appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge and freezer. All beds are made with linen and fragrant towels are provided in the bathrooms. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with a large double bed, dressers and a wardrobe. Next to it is a bathroom with a designer bathtub, double sink, toilet and storage cabinets and drawers. There is also another bedroom with one comfortable bed, desk, cabinets and storage space in the chests of drawers. From this room, stairs (rather a ladder) lead to the next floor, where there is an attic and space for storing things or another place to sleep for occasional visits, friends, etc. Next to it is another bedroom with another comfortable bed, desk, shelves, dresser and wardrobe.
