The space The apartment is located in the Sunny Lakes area, just a 2-minute walk from the public beach. The apartment has its own private entrance and also direct access to the garden. After entering the apartment, you will find yourself in the lobby, where the stairs lead to the first floor. On the ground floor there is a laundry room and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The daily part of the apartment includes a large spacious kitchen with island, dining table and living room with fireplace. A storage pantry is also available. From this day zone, there is an entrance to the patio with another large dining table with chairs and a garden full of greenery and trees. There is a barbecue and a fire pit with a seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped with built-in appliances such as dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. All beds are covered with linens and fragrant towels are provided in the bathrooms. On the first floor you will find a master bedroom with a large double bed, dressers, and a wardrobe. Next to it is a bathroom with a designer bathtub, double sink, toilet, and storage cabinets and drawers. Next, there is another bedroom with one comfortable bed, a desk, closets, and storage in the dressers. From this room, stairs (rather a ladder) lead to the next floor, where there is a loft and space to store things or another sleeping area for occasional visits, friends, etc. Next to it is another bedroom with another comfortable bed, desk, shelves, dresser and wardrobe. Other things to note For a fee, we can provide you with a fantastic breakfast with delivery directly to the apartment for the exact time or transportation of people by an 8-seat car, including a driver.
