In the beautiful architect's house, 70 pictures of the owner, a renowned artist, are hung. This creates this beautiful atmosphere. The space The artist's vacation home near Munich This stylish vacation home offers 220 m² of living space for up to 11 people and a baby. Enjoy the tranquility and the perfect location: pure nature and yet only 25 minutes by car from Munich's Marienplatz. By S-Bahn (S-Bahn station Deisenhofen can be reached in 3 minutes by car or 14 minutes on foot), you can reach the city center in just 25 minutes. Relax in a spacious ambiance The living and dining area with open kitchen extends over almost 70 m². The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and offers you a basic set of sugar, salt, pepper, flour, tea, coffee, vinegar and oil. Four bedrooms offer you flexible sleeping options: · Bedroom 1: Two single beds (90 × 200 cm) that can be put together to form a double bed. En-suite bathroom with shower, bathtub, bidet, toilet and sink. · Bedroom 2: Two levels with two single beds (90 × 200 cm) each, which can be put together to form a double bed. Level 2 is accessed by a ladder. · Bedroom 3: Two levels. Below is a single bed (90 × 200 cm), above are two single beds (90 × 200 cm) that can be put together to form a double bed. Level 2 is accessed by a ladder. · Bedroom 4 (in the basement): Two single beds (90 × 200 cm) that can be put together to form a double bed. Three bathrooms: · Bathroom 1 (upper floor): with shower, bathtub, toilet and sink. · Bathroom 2 (upper floor): Located next to bedrooms 2 and 3 and equipped with a shower, bidet, toilet and sink. · Bathroom 3 (ground floor): with shower, toilet and sink. Creative space for ideas In the basement there is a 44 m² studio with: · Seating for 4 people · Fully equipped workstation with HD monitor, keyboard and mouse (connection to laptop via USB-C) · Large 10-seat conference table, 55-inch 4K monitor and whiteboard · Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, cleaning supplies, iron and ironing board · Three rooms are locked and serve as storage rooms that are not accessible to you. Nurture yourself in nature · In the garden there is a beautiful pond, which is separated from the rest of the garden by flower pots and is childproof. Good-to-know · For longer stays (from 14 days), an intermediate cleaning with linen change is mandatory (249 euros, dates by arrangement). · Oktoberfest visitors can reach the festival grounds in 30 minutes by S-Bahn (Hackerbrücke station, every 20 minutes). · Fast Wi-Fi in the mesh method (min. 50 Mbps) throughout the house. · Children of all ages are welcome! · The entrance area is under video surveillance. · Up to 4 cars can park on the property. Public parking is available about 200 meters further down the street. · Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas. Guest access The house is self-contained and comprises all three floors of the very spacious house. You will stay in the vicinity of other single-family houses in a quiet cul-de-sac. The S-Bahn "Deisenhofen" (13 minutes) and the center of Deisenhofen or Oberhaching are within walking distance.
