Westwinds condominiums are conveniently located across the street from the beach and the intracoastal waterway is in the backyard.Restaurants and shopping. Publix Grocery and Walgreens are 2 blocks away. Our unit is on the second floor, elevator is currently not operating.. The complex consists of 36 units and three floors.We have a full kitchen and bathroom with a walk in shower, no tub. and a ready to use backyard. The pool is heated and fully operational. There are 2 grills, 3 docks for fishing, tables, umbrellas, chairs and chaise lounges. When you cross 1/2 block to the north, we are across the street from the Gulf. Take your complimentary towels, beach chairs and cooler!
