Torregrande is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday with your children and kids The space The house, with two floors furnished in a graceful modern style, is located in the quiet and charming village of Torregrande, the seaside village which is only 5 minutes from Oristano. It is located in a strategic position as it is located a few meters from the beach and the Lungomare full of kiosks, restaurants and stalls, but also a few minutes from the beautiful beaches of San Giovanni di Sinis, Capo San Marco, Is Arutas and all the other wonderful beaches of the Oristano area. A few meters from our house, which is located near the Tower and in the center of the town, there are all the most useful services such as: market, pharmacy, tobacconists, bars and restaurants, pharmacy and ATM. Being in the second row, peace and relaxation is guaranteed, without losing the convenience of proximity to the sea. With us you can also not use the car. Upon entering you can find, on the mezzanine floor, the large and very bright living room equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. The living area is equipped with a large dining table, sofa and TV cabinet, and there is also a free wifi network and air conditioning in every room, which makes the house ideal even for the winter. The layout of the house ensures that it is always very cool even on the hottest summer days. There is a fully equipped kitchen which has a fridge, freezer, oven, coffee maker and various utensils, everything needed to cook and eat (plates, glasses and cutlery). There is also a washing machine. The floor is completed by a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined on request) with an adjacent comfortable bathroom equipped with sink, toilet and bidet. A kit of 3 towels (for face, shower and bidet) is provided, included in the price, for each guest. Going down a flight of stairs you go down to the cool and well-ventilated basement where there are two other bedrooms and a further bathroom. The first is a room with a very spacious and comfortable double bed, the second has two single beds, ideal for children and teenagers. There is a second bathroom which has a shower, sink, toilet, bidet and a washing machine The price includes bed linen and towels. Torregrande is an ideal place for families and groups of friends who want a house near the sea and want to take a walk along the seafront in the evening, listen to live music while having an aperitif, play with their children in a safe place traffic and above all comfortable. It is also an interesting destination for those who love culture and history. A few minutes away you can visit Tharros, an archaeological site dating back to the Phoenician-Punic and then Roman times, and the archaeological museum of Cabras with the famous statues of the Giants of Mont'e Prama. Sardinia is famous for its cuisine, and Torregrande is no exception. Here you can taste typical dishes such as fregula, malloreddus, Sardinian lamb and local cheeses. Furthermore, the region also produces some fine wines such as Cannonau and Vermentino. Our area enjoys a Mediterranean climate, with hot, dry summers and mild winters.
