The approx. 60 sqm, cozy, hygge and Scandinavian-style furnished apartment with a balcony is located in a two-family house in the attic and was completely equipped in the spring of 2023 as a vacation apartment with new flooring and furnishings. Fleckeby is located directly on the beautiful Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and is 10 minutes by car from Eckernförde and Schleswig. The boarding school Louisenlund is about 2.2 km away and the golf club at the Schlei is 3.5 km away. The space The 60 sqm attic apartment has a balcony facing south/west, which is equipped with cozy furniture. Here you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast in the morning and a glass of wine/beer in the evening. The apartment is located in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac with parking. A total of up to 4 sleeping places are available on approx. 60 square meters. 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and in the other room a cozy bunk bed for up to 2 people (2 x 80 x 200 cm) are available. The kitchen is of course equipped with a new dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, tea maker and kettle. In the living room there is a cozy table with rattan chairs, 2 sofas and a coffee table. There is also a large new smart TV with guest Wi-Fi and Netflix (free movies only), as well as books and games. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for families with small children.
