Other things to note Facilities access: building induction attendance is required, organized by the building management department every Monday and Wednesday night. If you wish to use the communal facilities, please inform us in advance so we can arrange the booking link for the induction. Rubbish Disposal Reminder Please do not place cardboard boxes or large items in the bin chute, as this can cause blockages and damage. Instead, dispose of these in the large bins at the loading dock. Kindly read and follow the instructions posted near the bin chute carefully to avoid any potential breaches of building rules and fines. Extra bedding: Our apartment accommodates up to 4 guests, with 2 of the sleeping arrangements provided on a comfortable sofa bed due to limited bed availability (1 queen). There is an additional $35 fee for providing linens and setting up the sofa bed. Please inform us in advance if you will require this setup to ensure all guests have a cozy and restful stay! Last minute same day booking: There might be a delayed check in if you book the same day to arrive, so we can prepare the place properly and comfortably for your stay.
