The Owner's Loft at The Warehouse is an executive style loft with a view of Downtown Troy that is perfectly paired with a cup of coffee in the breakfast nook. With style, charm and all of the amenities you could need or want, this is a premier short term location in Troy. The space is just a few blocks from Downtown Troy and less than 1 mile from Troy University. The Owner's Loft is part of a three phase construction project with it being the second completed phase. We can't wait for you to see! The Owner's Loft is part of The Warehouse and is a completely separate unit with it's own entrance and parking. The Loft is a 2nd floor, open floor plan with a spacious king sized bed, a large living space, dining area, kitchen and breakfast nook. The entire building was originally built decades ago as a pecan shelling warehouse. When purchased, the building was dilapidated in areas and we knew we had a long way to go but we are thrilled for the process to being very close to completed. The Owner's Loft is the perfect location for our long term and short term guests to call home! The building in its entirety, hosts 3 total units available including The Warehouse which is Unit A, The Flat is Unit B, and The Owner's Loft is Unit C. Each have separate entrances and are very non-invasive to the other. Guests have access to the entire loft, which is a spacious open floor plan with kitchen, dining, living and king sized bed. The bathroom includes a large tiled shower. Only booked guests have access to the loft. We do not live on premises, but we are typically close by if you need us! Please note that there is a shared foyer on the bottom floor of the first entrance of The Loft. The foyer is home to our housekeeping closet, but only you have access to the entrance, at the top of the stairs, to actually enter into The Owner's Loft unit. The housekeeping closet is located on the first floor and your entrance into The Loft is on the second floor. We never go to the second floor when we have guests in the unit, it is completely private to you!
