Family friendly flat A - 3 double bedrooms, lliving room with 2 double bed sette, fully equipped kitchen. Full of toys, books and games. Private enclosed mature garden. Near forest in a safe, quiet residential area. 750m from town/supermarket. Refurbished this year. Easy free parking, 2 off road spots. Great for family holiday. Own front door to street and private garden access from living room. A "stayinbillund" property. 600m to stop for free shuttle bus to legoland (seasonal ). The space Quiet residential area, house is situated on a cul-de-sac (dead end) so no significant traffic passes the front door. There is a walking shortcut to town. There are safe walking routes to town, lego house, lego land and even the airport (this is about 3.5km). The house is the set out with a full kitchen and tableware to allow a longer family holiday. The garden is huge with oak and fruit trees and ideal for everyone to wind down after legoland The house is ideal for 6 people, can accommodate 8 with 2 people in the living room and can even accommodate 10 with four squeezed into the living room (2 double sleeping sofas). The dining table seats 8 comfortably. Guest access The property is split into two parts. This listing is for side A. You have full access to side A, your own private garden area, bathroom, kitchen etc etc. You have your own front door and your own back door to garden area. This property has been designed and laid out for families, there are no "fragile owners items", on shelves There is a BBQ area set amongst oak trees, that you share with flat B. Other things to note The living room has two double sleeping sofas, with top cover, its comfortable. This room is bright in the mornings due to roof windows. Its busy for 8 people and a real squeeze for 10. Pets are allowed but incur a deep cleaning fee. There is no charge for registered service animals (a copy of the animals certificate is required). The house is always clean and recently painted but it is an older property, there some windows are stiff to open, a few chips in the laminate floor etc. This also means it is child friendly, we do not check and charge for silly minor accidents, it's a holiday home ! The house has been sensibly sound proofed but we want guests to be happy so we make sure they know beforehand if kids get really excited in parts of Flat A, they may be heard in parts of Flat B as one internal wall is shared ( it's's a family holiday home, not a yoga retreat :-) The stuff we have to say The house cannot be booked for parties with non guests, this would terminate the contract immediately with no refund due and the lead guest responsible for all costs. The lead guest is responsible for actions of all other guests and their animals. Undeclared pets or smoking inside the flat cause an emergency deep clean fee of at least 2000kr. You can smoke in the garden, there are ashtrays and seats.
