A 90 m2 stone village house on 3 levels, fully restored! Facing south, with mountain views. Many activities in the surrounding area will be offered! (hiking, mountain biking, swimming... Important: linens are not provided! On the other hand, you can rent it (see accommodation details). We have made the choice not to impose the cleaning fee, please make the house tidy and clean (or cleaning package) 2-star house The space Our house is on 3 levels: On the ground floor: a living room + a bathroom + a bedroom (1 bed of 140 + 1 bed of 90) 1st floor (access to the garden): a large fully equipped kitchen with wood stove 2nd floor: 1 large bedroom (1 bed of 140 + 1 bunk bed of 90 + 1 extra bed of 80) + 1 bathroom toilet outside: there is a garden + private parking Options: linens (sheets, towels, tea towels) can be rented for €10 per bed and per stay! To be paid on site! Similarly for cleaning, it is possible to choose the package at €80! Let me know as soon as possible to be sure of availability! Guest access You can park either along the path on the south side (living room entrance) or on the land above the garden (please do not park in the garden) My neighbor will explain! Other things to note The house is on 2 floors with many stairs, so be careful with young children! At this time, we have not been able to install a safety barrier! Your pet is welcome, while ensuring that they do not adopt the sofas or beds, and I would be grateful if you could check that your dog's treatment for ticks and fleas is still effective before the start of your stay with us.
