Our condo is located conveniently on the 3rd floor and so super convenient when elevators are busy and can take 15 steps out the front door to the staircase and have your feet in the sand in minutes! This Cozy Little Condo will invite you right in as we chose to decorate it just like our personal home with all distressed farmhouse furniture and classic beach decor. This space is perfect for a small family as it has a Master Queen Suite and a bunk room for the kiddos (no adults exceeding 175 lbs in bunks please as these are not adult bunks) if 2 couples choose to share the condo there is a new Queen Sleeper Sofa with a beautiful view to wake up to. This space is not for 6 adults! Only 4 adults max with 2 children for bunk room is permitted unless weight limit does not prevent adults from occupying bunk beds. This cozy condo has a full functional kitchen with everything needed to cook any meal for your family. Make sure to bring your favorite Keurig pods or if you’re a big coffee drinker, make a full pot with a regular coffee maker we store in lower cabinet. There are 2 full baths and the guest bath has full size washer/dryer for your convenience to launder during your stay. Your view overlooks the oversized Lagoon pool that will have you wanting to emerge in from the moment you arrive so grab a drink from the tiki bar and a snack from the food bar and kick back for an afternoon by the pool! ***Amenity package required by all guests for parking pass and wristbands for pool area and is to be purchased at concierge desk in lobby for $85 not included) parking garage clearance will not accommodate height over 81 inches (6ft 9) sorry for inconvenience. There is a gym on the same floor so super convenient if you wanna just run on over for a quick workout Other things to note Parking on same 3rd level is first come first serve in non numbered yellow block spaces so if no spaces available will have to drive the parking lot to find open space as no designated parking space for this condo and only get one space and one parking pass for our condo so please travel in one vehicle if at all possible not to exceed 81 inches in height or will not clear.
