There is also a small outdoor area with barbecue and parking space for exclusive use within the living area. The space The property consists of a small outdoor area with barbecue for exclusive use, which is then accessed via a staircase to the first floor characterized by a living room with large terrace, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms, both with balconies. An internal staircase leads to the second floor with a large bedroom, bathroom and panoramic terrace. There are air conditioning systems and ceiling fans. Equipment present: washing machine, 2 TVs, Lavazza capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, filter jug, barbecue, pets allowed, outdoor furniture on each balcony/terrace, 3 split air conditioning, ceiling fans, iron and ironing board, hairdryer , clothesline. Guest access The outdoor barbecue area and the parking inside the housing complex are for exclusive use Other things to note The tourist tax of €1 per night per person must be paid at check-in. Furthermore, an identification document will be requested.
