Book your stay and make lasting memories at this one-of-a-kind lakeside gem! Our red porch cottage in the woods is serene and charming. Cottage is 1000 sq ft and is perfectly cozy, cute & quaint! This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with: 1 King Bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 Full beds, Queen air mattress, 1 single rollaway bed. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen smart TVs and streaming DirecTV. This home has a fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances complete with dishes, pots, pans, cutting boards, silverware and serving utensils. There are two BBQ pits available. One charcoal and one propane (propane will be provided). If you're not in the mood to cook there are many restaurants/fast foods within a 15-minute drive, some offering delivery. There is a ramp on the side of the house for walkers or wheelchairs. Stand-up showers are equipped with grab bars. Pet Fee: We welcome your four-legged family members, so no one has to be left behind. There's a $85 pet fee per pet. Extra Guests & Visitor Policy: Extra overnight guest fee is $50 per person per night. A reasonable number of daytime visitors are allowed with approval. An extra fee may apply if it's excessive. Unapproved overnight guests are not permitted. All guests and visitors must follow house rules. If you’d like to have additional guests or visitors, please reach out in advance for approval—we’re happy to accommodate reasonable requests when possible. Own your own boat or wave runner? Plenty of space to park onsite and the Blanchard Public Boat Ramp is only a 1-minute drive. Feel free to jump in the lake for a fun swim or fish from the bulkhead from this location as well.
