The Park Avenue Lakehouse is a whole house rental property with a great view of the Lake. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, laundry area, full functioning kitchen, large island, cozy living room, and inviting front porch this Lakehouse is the perfect location for your next getaway. The space Two bedrooms are located in the back of the house, one having a private bathroom. Two hallway bathrooms, one contains the washer and dryer. The "Bunk Room" is located across the hall from a bathroom and near the kitchen. The open concept of the kitchen and living room make this ideal for entertaining or relaxing. Guest access On-site parking. Getting around the neighborhood would be ideal for walking, biking, scooters, etc. this is due to the short distance from a number of restaurants, bars, and the park. Other things to note There is a $75 pet fee due at booking. We ask that you keep pets off the furniture, unless using the provided covers and that you clean up after them.
