The newly renovated and detached vacation home, about 85, is located on a private property (landlord's house is in the immediate vicinity of the vacation home) in The space a quiet, small village near the small town of Bad Sülze. The cottage offers a complete residential unit. The vacation home has its own terrace with a seating area. A tree house with swing, nest swing, slide and horizontal bar is located directly behind the cottage. Free car parking is available. The house offers a fully equipped, new kitchen, underfloor heating and a fireplace. The living room has a sleeping alcove with TV under the roof. In the bedroom there is a double bed, big closet, flat-screen TV and access to the outdoor terrace. Wi-Fi is at your disposal. Linens and towels are included in the rental price. Bad Sülze has a highway connection (a20) about 6 km away and has all the facilities of daily needs (shopping, restaurant, bakery, butcher, doctor, pharmacy, hairdresser, etc.). The distance between the vacation home and Bad Sülze is about 2 km and can also be covered on foot. The cottage is located in the middle of the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Stralsund. The Marlow Bird Park as a very popular destination is about 8 km away and a swimming lake with snack and ice cream shop is about 5 km away.
