This spacious villa comprises of 4 double bedrooms with private verandahs, 2.5 bathrooms, inside and outside lounges, inside and outside dining, a bar and entertainment area, a sunken outdoor firepit lounge, a sundeck and a beautiful rooftop terrace with outside lounge, in built grill, hot tub and stunning panoramic views over Vilanculos Bay and the islands. The 5th bedroom is in the private, detached, self contained cottage within the gardens of the main villa just a few meters away. The cottage has a full en suite bathroom, kitchenette, inside and outside lounge, full length verandah and private garden. VillaOne@Tsai-Tsai is surrounded by manicured gardens, nestled within the indigenous coastal dune vegetation, slightly elevated and set back from the beach allowing total privacy. This is a self catering villa with a fully equipped kitchen, gas braai, rooftop grill and pizza oven. Chef can be arranged for private hire, please enquire on booking, subject to availability of approved chefs. Daily housekeeping service included. WiFi, Netflix & sound system fitted. The Tsai-Tsai property development has 24/7 security and rapid response. There is security on all neighboring properties. The villa has it’s own private secure beach access and joint access to the uniquely designed beach lounge. Private secure parking on site. Our villa host will meet you on arrival and show you around the property. We will be available throughout your stay should you require assistance. The neighbourhood is a safe and peaceful area along the North Beach of Vilanculos. Private, secure and shaded parking on site next to the villa. The property is 15 minutes drive from Vilanculos International Airport. Airport transfers can be arranged for an additional cost. Please enquire on booking. The local supermarket is 10minutes drive and fresh local fruit/vegetables available along the roads. The AMS clinic is a 2 minute drive away for any medical needs or COVID tests. Access to the property is from a tar road - no 4x4 necessary. Taxis and tuktuks readily available. Private vehicle hire available in the area.
