Landhaus Oscar (150 m to the beach)

The country house is located in the most beautiful part of the rich Angeln region, directly on the outer Flensburg Fjord on a ridge that slopes steeply to the water. A place to "come down," time for yourself and your loved ones, away from the noise of the world in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Sea beach. The charming landscape with fields and forests, streams and meadows, lakes and the lake, bright rapeseed fields and lush green meadows frame the green-blue of the fjord. The space The country house was built in 1911 and completely renovated and modernized to a high standard in 2022. It offers space for 6 adults on approx. 116 square meters, which are divided on two levels. The house can be entered via a main entrance door and a side entrance door. Wi-Fi is available to our guests free of charge. On the lower floor there are: > the entrance hall with a wardrobe, a shoe cabinet, a chest of drawers and a mirror; > the living and dining room with a dining table for 6 people, a wood-burning stove, a cupboard, a chest of drawers containing books and games, a sofa and 2 armchairs, satellite TV (Smart+ FireStick), and a Bluetooth speaker; > the bathroom with barrier-free shower, bathtub with bathtub shelf, vanity with mirror cabinet, 2 hanging shelves, toilet and hair dryer; > The fully equipped fitted kitchen with a kitchen table and 4 chairs (high chair available on request), oven, ceramic hob, range hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill function, and other useful kitchen appliances such as a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, SodaStream, and electric Hand blender, electric hand mixer and much more, DAB radio; > the storage room, which contains an ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils; > the rear hallway with the stairs to the upper floor and the side entrance door to the inner courtyard. On the upper floor are: > the hallway with a hinged full-length mirror; > the bathroom with barrier-free large shower, vanity with two drawers, hair dryer, illuminated mirror, toilet, washing machine and dryer; > Bedroom 1 with a 160 × 200 double bed, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe with hangers, a dresser with 4 drawers, and a wall mirror; > Bedroom 2 with double bed 180 x 200 with integrated bedside tables and drawer storage space under the bed, satellite TV + BD receiver, clothes rack with hangers, 2 chests of drawers with 3 drawers each; > Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds (1 bunk bed 80 cm x 200 cm and 1 bed 120 cm x 200 cm) with bedside tables, a 3-drawer chest of drawers, a narrow 5-drawer chest of drawers, a full-length mirror with a small drawer, and a wardrobe. The outdoor offers: > a spacious property that is at our guests' sole disposal; > a private path with access to the beach (stairs); > 3 car parking spaces; > a covered courtyard, which is suitable, for example, for storing bikes; > 2 x garden furniture sets with tables and chairs, a beach chair, 3 loungers and an umbrella; > a charcoal grill; > Every Friday there is a sales cart in front of the house for the Petersen fish shop in Maasholm and the Hecker farm bakery from Böel. 1x bedding per bed is included. 1x towel, 1x shower towel per person and 2x dish towels and 2x bath mat per booking, can be booked for €12.50 per person. Other things to note At the end of the private path, a staircase leads down to the beach. There our guests have the choice to either enjoy nature in peace by exploring the approx. 10 km long natural sandy beach with cliffs and adjacent hilly meadows and forest areas on the right side. Or you can go in the opposite direction to the left. Within 200 m. you can reach the family-friendly and in the main season guarded swimming beach of Westerholz with jetty, shower, sunbathing lawn and children's play equipment. There is also a snack bar with indoor and outdoor seating. From there, continuing along the beach promenade, the yacht and fishing port of Langballigau is 1 km away. Small shops and restaurants at the harbor invite you to shop and eat. A few meters from the harbor on the beach promenade begins the play and leisure area for the whole family (outdoor fitness course, volleyball court, sandy beach, etc.). During the summer months, regular boat and ferry trips (also for bicycles) to Denmark or to Flensburg are offered from Langballigau. There are good shopping facilities in Langballig, 3 km away, or in Steinbergkirche, 10 km away. The nearest organic farm/cafe with products from its own cultivation is located in Streichmühle, 3 km away. The nearest bike rental can also be found there. The Baltic Sea, the Geltinger Birk Nature Reserve as well as Kappeln, Flensburg and Schleswig offer numerous sights and leisure activities.
