The 62 m² semi-detached house under thatch is suitable for max. 4 adults + 2 children, rated 5 stars by the German Tourism Association, equipped with a Finnish sauna and a fireplace. The non-smoking home has Wi-Fi, Wall Box as well as a fully equipped kitchen-living room. There is a terrace with outdoor seating and beach chair. On the 1st and 2nd floor are two enclosed bedrooms, one of which is connected to the converted sleeping loft. Two full bathrooms are available. The space Min Droom or in English: “My Dream”. Semi-detached house with Finnish sauna and fireplace The brand new semi-detached house (completion 2022) offers thoughtful comfort and a feel-good atmosphere to relax. In the interior design, we have been guided by the modern, Scandinavian style that characterizes us and that fits into the landscape in which the house is embedded. Maritime, authentic elements are integrated into the apartment, but without becoming kitschy. A few select furnishings come from our life as people from the coast, from our past as “coastal children” and are therefore part of our identity. Quiet, natural colors characterize the cozy and at the same time modern house. The terrace with beach chair, garden table and Thüros charcoal grill invites you to linger and relax after the excursions and bike tours, but also to have breakfast. The house has 2 complete bedrooms for four adults and a converted attic, which is connected from one bedroom via a spiral staircase and comfortably furnished for two teenagers. The 62 m², tastefully furnished Semi-detached house also has satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The house has a Finnish sauna for two to three people and a fireplace. Hobby chefs will also get their money's worth. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, built-in microwave, oven, Nespresso machine, toaster and fridge-freezer. A wall box is available for charging an electric car. Please bring the appropriate charging cable. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a closed wardrobe and a dresser. Another bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds and an open wardrobe. The single beds can also be set up as a double bed by arrangement. In the bathroom on the second floor, there is a walk-in shower and a vanity with mirror next to the toilet. The "guest bathroom" on the first floor is equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet. After the sauna, enjoy the crackling fire in the fireplace and relax with a warming tea or a glass of wine. Whether it's a longer family vacation or a short trip to the island of Usedom, the apartment invites you to spend a pleasant and relaxing time on the Baltic Sea. At night, with a clear view, the starry sky is magnificent and cannot be compared to a city sky. The silence of the night guarantees an undisturbed night's rest. In the middle of nature and yet close to the city: in just 8 km you can reach the imperial spas of Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin with their beautiful fine sandy Baltic Sea beaches. „Min Droom“ is located in a pine forest in the middle of a quiet holiday village, about 10 km from the hustle and bustle of the imperial spas, but directly on the coast of the Szczecin Lagoon. The path to the cliff takes about 5 minutes' walk. Then enjoy the view of the water, either on one of the park benches or on an extended walk along the coast. At night, with a clear view, the starry sky is magnificent and incomparable to a city sky. The silence of the night guarantees an undisturbed night's rest. „Min Droom“ is located in the southeast of the island on the Szczecin Lagoon, in the middle of the Usedom Nature Park with its forests, meadows and lakes. The fishing village of Zirchow is characterized by its new thatched houses, which were modeled on the old fishermen's houses. In the fishing village, a bread service is offered in the summer. The nearest ATM is in the village of Zirchow. Zirchow is connected to the island bike path. From there you can get to all the villages with many highlights to discover, such as a small cheese dairy with tasting and sipping red wine for raclette. Excursion to Stolpe Castle with the fine restaurant "Remise." Crossing Lake Usedom with a ferry boat, the museum in Peenemünde, the quiet and elegant seaside resorts on the German side and the lively and scenic beach promenade of Swinemünde on the Polish side with many great restaurants. In winter and in the off-season, the house with its sauna and fireplace is a popular "feel-good oasis." A boat dock with pedal and rowboat rental and a small swimming beach ensure a pleasant vacation. For those with a small appetite, the snack bar by the lake offers a good selection and for gourmets we recommend the restaurant of the "Idyll am Wolgastsee."
