Located trailside at Sunday River Resort on Road Runner trail, White Cap Village condominiums are located within close proximity to the White Cap and Barker Mountain Base Lodges where you’ll find a variety of activities and dining options. The space With just over 50 units spread across two separate buildings, White Cap Village condos offer the distinct advantage of a slopeside location. Choose from either a one-bedroom/one-bath unit accommodating 4-6 guests (depending on the specific unit) or a spacious three-bedroom/two-bath unit that comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. Since each unit is individually owned, there may be slight differences in their furnishings and amenities. Building amenities include an inviting outdoor heated pool, a generously sized hot tub, a relaxing sauna, and a spacious common room complete with a cozy fireplace. Positioned along the Roadrunner trail, White Cap's ski-in/ski-out units provide convenient access to both the White Cap and Barker Mountain Base Lodges, where an array of activities and dining options await. Linens / Toiletries Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided. Bed Configuration Bedroom 1: Queen & twin/twin bunkbed Common Space: Sofa bed Level / Floor 2 (No Elevator) Air Conditioning One air conditioning unit located in the bedroom. Unit(s) operational from Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. Coffee / Coffee Maker Traditional drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and startup supply of coffee/filters are provided. Bringing additional coffee/filters is recommended. Parking Permits One parking permit per unit. Free overnight parking nearby. Additional permits not available. Pets Renters may not have pets, including emotional support animals. No exceptions can be made.  Please note that while pets are not permitted, occasional visits from the owner's pets may occur.
