Enjoy stunning views of the surrounding nature and relax in our modern vacation home, which is equipped with many amenities. The fenced private garden is perfect for cozy evenings outdoors with the family. Discover the many sights and activities in the area or simply relax by the lake. The space The vacation home has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room-kitchen with dining area and small workplace, 1 small living room with fireplace and TV, 1 bathroom with shower and window. Free Wi-Fi is at your disposal. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, for heating or cooling. The living rooms have many large windows, for lots of light and great views. The furnishings are modern and high quality. The kitchen is fully equipped, has an induction stove, an oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with a small freezer compartment. In the sleeping spaces there are blackout curtains, a TV and high-quality slatted frames and mattresses. There is a double bed 180 cm, a bunk bed for adults and a sleeping chair. Free parking with an e-charging station (optional) is available at the house. There is a terrace with a barbecue and furniture, a garden to play and linger. For further enjoyment, you will find an outdoor sauna with a relaxation room. We provide a washing machine and dryer free of charge. With beautiful colors and modern decor, you will feel comfortable in our Rothsee oasis and can enjoy your vacation. Guest access Directly at the house you will find a key safe, so you can arrive easily and individually. Shortly before your stay, you will receive the code for the safe and further information about the vacation home and the surrounding area. Other things to note Our vacation home was completely renovated in 2023 and we have newly and modernly equipped, opened in March 2023. The Rothsee Oasis has many amenities and is perfect, with its location, (to the lake, to sights, to nature and to many activities for children and adults) for a great vacation. Ideal for families with children, couples, athletes and those seeking relaxation. The furnishings are adjusted accordingly for families with children. (toys, high chair, etc.) --Kitchen-- Fully equipped (salt, pepper, vinegar & oil, sugar available) Induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, filter and capsule coffee machine -- Bed linens, towels & dish towels -- is included :-) --Soap/dishwashing liquid and cloths/toilet paper (basic equipment) is included :-) --Sauna -- is at your disposal free of charge 5 hours per day +Sauna infusions, bathrobes and sauna towels --Children-- High chair, baby travel cot, potty, stool on request free of charge Toys (for outside and inside), books, board games are available -- Non-smokers -- Thank you for not smoking in the apartment.
