Located in the Mojave Desert and just steps from the Charleston Peak Winery, our beautiful Cabernet Cabana pool house is the perfect escape for you & your guests. The 1400 square ft pool house comfortably sleeps 5 with a private pool & hot tub and plenty of indoor/outdoor space. The pool house is located on 1 1/2 acres in an upscale neighborhood . We live in the main house. Our property is very quiet, secluded, and walled. The space Our pool house is very spacious and beautifully decorated. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen. There are 4 smart televisions, wifi, a pool table and lots of games for the family to play after enjoying a relaxing swim! The pool is solar heated October- April. Additionally, we offer a large park-like lot, exclusively for guests to enjoy. Soak in the all-new hot tub, take a stroll, or sit out at night with a glass of wine to stargaze. The first bedroom features a king-sized bed with lots of space for a couple. The second bedroom is a cozy space with a queen-sized bed. In the living room, there is a lot of comfortable seating space for relaxing with a delicious bottle of local wine. The home has a bar, a kitchen with a large dining table, and multiple comfortable seating areas. There is a pull-out queen-sized bed for additional sleeping space. There is a 3/4 bath with plenty of towels and supplies for your whole group. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, microwave oven, and an oven/stove. We supply cooking essentials for preparing light meals. We have pots, pans, cutlery, knives, cooking utensils, seasonings, and more. There is also a coffee station with all the things you need to get you started in the morning. Guest access You will have completely private use of the entire pool house, the patio & outside yard area, the BBQ grill, fire pit, and the pool. Guests enter the property via a gravel driveway on the lot to the left of the main property. Parking is behind the pool house. To enter the pool house, guests will enter the gate at the top of the steps. To enter the pool house, walk around to the door on the front of the pool house.
