It is a very nice place to stay, prices are reasonable for beach front Hotel in Boracay. Its on a quiet stretch of the beach with fewer people. The beach right there 33 steps from the lobby. On the beach, the water does get mid chest faster than the main busy area of the beach. No need to wade out 100 yards to get to deeper water. Its a great location and romantic location because it is quiet and not on any of the main roads. The views are GREAT, and the crowd is thinner. Guest access Beach Front
