This cozy cottage is the perfect springboard to the wonderful cafe and restaurant life along the Paynesville esplanade or take a stroll on the ferry to Raymond Island, enjoy the bird watching along the board walks and spot one of the local koalas. Tucked behind the owners’ residence, there is ample parking for a car and trailer, a kitchenette with basic cooking utensils, along with an electric hotplate and Gas BBQ in the undercover deck area. Other things to note Linen is supplied at this property for the confirmed number of registered guests. Linen included: doonas, pillows, pillowcases, bed sheets, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels and face washers. Guests will need to supply their own beach towels.
