KnightPlace - The Irene (1BD/1BA) Apt Near Mercer

KnightPlace is an acre compound consisting of a duplex & small cottage. The Irene is a 1 BD, 1 BA, thoughtfully designed for professionals such as interns, medical residents, travel nurses and other traveling workers who need to be close to downtown. Nearby areas are rough, but this property has high visibility and is well lit. Off-street parking available. There are 3 steps to the back door & 2 to the front. No smoking, vaping, marijuana or pets & support animals due to allergy. The space Near downtown, Mercer and Mercer village. Fenced yard on three sides. Borders a vacant lot and woods with a ravine. Working on the property landscaping and updating more units. We think our bedding is unique with all new mattresses and never a box spring. The bed always has freshly washed duvet covers, sheets, and pillow shams. We rotate out bedding on a regular basis. The apartment has 9-foot ceilings and new ceiling fans in all rooms. Guest access Guests can use the entire apartment. Off-street parking available provided there isn't a lot coming and going especially all hours of the night. We monitor the exterior of the property 24/7 with several security cameras. Other things to note Off street parking monitored by security cameras. NOT SUITABLE for children, any animals (owner has severe allergy) or parties. Our properties are designed for professionals, such as travel nurses or interns to have a quiet, relaxing, drama-free place to stay while working in Macon. Parking is on the parking pad to the west of the building. You may pull up in the backyard if need to unload. The TV is a smart TV (Roku) with Netflix. We don’t have cable. But you can use your own accounts too. Our apartments are rented for a minimum of 30 days. We don’t offer refunds or prorations for early cancellation. Our apartments are for short-term stays only; no long-term bookings. We ozone, disinfectant, wash all linens between guests. We don't use bedspreads, only duvet covers with shams and they are washed between guests. If you have any problems, please text us. We live 15 minutes from the property and am available if you should need any assistance. Please be advised we are serious about house rules and don't have a problem asking you to cancel your reservation.
