Zenitude and comfort in the green Périgord

Our recent gîte on the ground floor of a Périgord house offers the comfort sought during the holidays, nestled in the greenery (small wooded park and large terrace). Its access is independent, the parking lot hidden from view is below the road. The house at the exit of a small hamlet is not overlooked, close to amenities. The GREEN Périgord (Brantôme and its Abbey, Bourdeilles, Lac de la Jemaille, etc.) is strategically located between BLACK, WHITE and PURPLE. WE ARE WAITING FOR YOU The space The 48 m2 accommodation (and its contents) is recent (2020), it is rented only during the summer period and consists of a large living room with its seating area (sofa, coffee table, TV cabinet + TV, dresser and a bar), the kitchen is fully equipped (3-burner glass-ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, storage furniture, coffee makers including a Nespresso, kettle, toaster etc.) high table, two bar armchairs. There is also a large bedroom or suite, 160 bed with mattress protector, duvet, bolster and pillows, Italian shower, vanity, hair dryer, dressing room. The toilet is self-catering. Parking space dedicated to the cottage and facing the cottage. Possibility to also store his bikes along the cottage without any danger of theft...you can however provide one or more padlocks. It is strictly FORBIDDEN to return bicycles or other to the cottage because it is possible to deteriorate furniture or walls. The very recent terrace (2022) overlooks the wood with garden furniture, table, chair, umbrella, barbecue, lounge chairs and sunbeds. Bed linen, fitted sheet, pillowcases + bolster, as well as a dish towel + hand towels + a bath sheet, 2 bath towels and 2 gloves are provided for any stay longer than 6 nights, and for any stay longer than 7 nights the bath towels are changed every week. On the other hand, all this is not provided for shorter stays (between 3 and 5) and you can request them if you wish for the sum of €25, and if you only want the fitted sheet, it is charged at €8. We do not accept stays of less than 3 nights. Cleaning is your responsibility (necessary items provided) and must be done before any departure, the cottage must be returned in the condition it was found, if cleaning by me is desired by the tenant then provide a supplement of €25. A press-book is available for our vacationers, grouping the different activities to do in our beautiful region, as well as the places to shop, names of several restaurants, ice cream bars near the cottage, etc. Listing is registered and registered at Grand Brassac City Hall. Beware of minor property damage... if this is the case, please let us know before you leave. Airbnb's guidelines (physical distancing and others) related to COVID 19 are no longer applicable at this time. Guest access The accommodation and terrace are private, not overlooked. There is also a picnic-style table and benches in the shade in the park that are at your disposal for lunch in case of high heat. Parking is in the back of the house surrounded by trees and out of sight. Other things to note If you book... about a week before your arrival, an SMS message is sent to you to communicate all the details for a smooth check-in at your gîte. Recharging electric vehicles on our electrical outlets is prohibited (power not suitable....... 1 attempt once caused everything to trip.....
