The space This 470-square-foot private studio apartment offers a comfortable king bed, kitchenette, couch, and TV, along with a private bathroom for your convenience. Please note: The host occupies the remainder of the house, with living space located above the suite. The host is committed to maintaining quiet hours to ensure a peaceful stay, though some movement and noise may be heard during non-quiet hours. The individual making the reservation must be the guest who will be occupying the space. Third-party bookings are not accepted. Guest access Please drive past the house and park in your designated parking spot on the right side of the property. This spot is reserved for your use during your stay. The private entrance to your accommodations is located at the back of the house, accessible via stairs.
