The space The house is a 4 BR/2 BA two story house, set back slightly from the road and surrounded by mature trees for privacy. The house sleeps 8 adults comfortably. Upstairs is an eat-in kitchen (dining table seats 6) with upgraded appliances including a dishwasher, a deck off the back features dining table and seating for 8+, a sitting room with a cozy wood burning stove and picture windows that get beautiful natural light to enjoy while finishing your morning coffee, a completely remodeled and modern bathroom with walk-in shower, two bedrooms each with a queen size bed and a study with a queen sofa bed, TV and wall mounted laptop desk. Downstairs is another queen bedroom, sitting area with 75” TV, sectional sofa and wood burning stove and ¾ bathroom with shower stall. Every upstairs bedroom is equipped with a digital thermostat, baseboard heating and ceiling fan. The home has many smart features including smart voice activated assistants, voice command lamps, deadbolt and doorbell camera, plus is blanketed in high speed WiFi. The two smart TVs include access to YouTube TV, Netflix and Hulu. The main sitting area upstairs and the primary bedroom upstairs have window unit ACs. Three bedrooms and kitchen upstairs have ceiling fans. Downstairs is partially underground and naturally cooler than upstairs and we have floor standing fans available. Plus—your dogs are part of your family, and they are welcome here, too! The house is dog friendly and features a private dog nook, dog bowls and plenty of places for your favorite furry friend to lounge—they deserve to relax, too!
