“Villa Arancia” is a private rental house with a hot spring bath. The total floor space is approximately 103㎡, including 3LDK and a wooden deck. It is located halfway up Ajiro mountain, providing a beautiful ocean view from the second floor. The property has been recently renovated, and a new wooden deck has been built to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. Enjoy your vacation in a private house surrounded by orange trees. The space The house layout includes 3LDK, which stands for “three rooms, dining room, and the kitchen.” There are one bed room and one modern room at first floor, and one Japanese-style bed room in the second, a bathroom, a toilet. Feel free to use the microwave, a oven toaster, gas stove, and a fridge. On the first floor, there is one bedroom and one modern room, and on the second floor, there is one Japanese-style bedroom. It also includes a bathroom and a toilet. You are welcome to use the microwave, oven toaster, gas stove, and refrigerator in the kitchen. Additionally, there’s a laundry machine and a dryer, making it perfect for your long-term stay. *BEDROOM

Please feel free to use the washing machine and dryer during your stay. □Bathroom Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face wash □Dressing room Bath towels, face towels, hair dryer, toothbrushes, combs, cotton swabs, a razor, and body towels *KITCHEN We provide seasonings such as salt, sugar, pepper, soy sauce, and cooking oil, as well as kitchen appliances such as a fridge, a microwave oven, a toaster, a rice cooker, coffee grinder, pans, pots, cutting boards, cutting knives, a strainer, a peeler, ladles, a grater, and more. A coffee set is provided. For the tablewares, there are plates, cutleries, cups, glasses, wine glasses, bowls, chopsticks and more. *SHOPPING There is a grocery store named MaxValue Atami Taga branch, conveniently located about a 15-minute drive away. We recommend that you consider purchasing any necessary items before your check-in because there are no grocery stores nearby and delivery to the accommodation is not available. *BBQ BBQs are allowed between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. There is a 1500 yen fee for using the charcoal grill throughout your stay. We supply salt, pepper, soy sauce, sugar, oil, tongs, gridiron, fire starters, and a lighter for your convenience. However, please remember to bring your own charcoal and food for the BBQ. If desired, you can also bring your own BBQ sauce, skewers, and other items. You can easily make this payment using your credit card by scanning the QR code provided at the accommodation. Please be aware that if it rains, the BBQ won't be available due to the absence of a roof. However, you're welcome to bring your own tarp. *PROJECTOR
 You can enjoy Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and YouTube. However, we will discontinue providing Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts as of January 5, 2026. You will still be able to enjoy movies and videos within the facility, but please log in using your own account when viewing. Additionally, if using our company account, you will not be able to view paid content. Therefore, if you wish to view paid content, please prepare your own account. Standard broadcast TV channels are also accessible. Furthermore, if you wish to project your own content, you can connect it using an approximately 3-meter long HDMI cable. Kindly replace the fireTV stick with an HDMI terminal and return it after usage. *WIFI
 We provide free WiFi with a very stable speed of 250 to 300Mbps, allowing you to watch movies without any difficulty. *PARKING There is a parking space for up to 2 cars.The size of the parking area is W5.5m x H4.5m. Guest access There are no restricted areas on the premises. Other things to note << NOTE >> ++About changing the number of guests++ We do not have a room charge system, so even if you are within the maximum number of guests, the price will change according to the number of guests. If there is a change in the number of guests, please contact us at least one day prior to your stay. In addition, if you are only using the facilities for a BBQ or other event and not staying overnight, you will still be charged the usual additional fee. ++Caution++ If there is any damage or loss to the belongings, walls, floors, furniture, or other items in the house during your stay, we will charge you for the full cost of restoration.  Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. However, you will be able to enjoy handled fireworks, which do not make loud sounds, at Nagahama Keihin Park. It takes approximately 11-minute by car. ++About noises++ The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, so we kindly ask you to avoid making loud noises outside of the house. You are welcome to use the speaker and enjoy conversations with your group, but please be mindful of the neighbors as well. In the event that the neighbors file a noise complaint, we may need to ask you to vacate the premises. Thank you for your cooperation in advance. ++ About the natural environment ++ The property is located in a rich natural environment, so you can see wild birds, squirrels, and other animals such as beetles. Although we take measures to prevent insects from entering the rooms, it is difficult to prevent them completely, so we do not recommend guests who are not fond of insects to stay at the hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding. ++Number of guests++ We are not a room charge system. Rates will vary depending on the number of people. If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay. ++Available check-in time++ Check-in time is from 16:00 to 22:00.
