The space The rooms boast generous space, ensuring ample sunlight and ventilation throughout. Cleanliness and hygiene are prioritized throughout the entire villa experience. Guests are kindly requested to use the air conditioning units either in the bedrooms or in the living and dining areas. Simultaneous use of air conditioners in both the bedrooms and dining area will incur an additional charge of Rs. 1000/-. Guest access Enjoy exclusive access to a pristine private swimming pool, a well-maintained front lawn, a lush back garden, a generous patio space, a 55” Smart TV for a cinematic home experience, high-speed Wifi and many other amenities. There are three bedrooms and only 1 room will be made available behind every 2 guests and rest will be kept locked. Please be mindful that this reservation is for a homestay facility, which comes with its own set of limitations and should not be compared to hotels or resorts. Other things to note Additional mandatory charges include: - Kitchen Charges: ₹550 per day - Cleaning and other Charges: Rs.550/- per day - Parking Charges: ₹200 per vehicle per day - Security Deposit: Rs. 4000/-, refunded at the time of check-out after property inspection of the property. Damages incurred will be deducted from the deposit. Prior to 10 AM on the check-in date, guests must submit soft copies of government-issued IDs, for all guests (adults and children), including details like name, address, father/husband's name, police station, and post office, along with current photos. Original and photocopies of these IDs must be presented at the main gate for entry. Guests are not allowed to enter after 9.30 p.m. without prior written permission. No guests are permitted without submitted documents. Additional visitors are strictly prohibited. Driver accommodation is included in the guest count. As the property is in a gated community, uninterrupted power supply cannot be guaranteed due to maintenance office control during load shedding. Guests are expected to enjoy inside the villa and behave nicely when outside of villa and enjoying outside atmosphere. Guest must not loiter outside villa in inebriated situation. There will be huge monetary penalty and may be handed over to local police.
